Shipping Policy

L&S LEATHER offers shipping service to a variety of countries, including (not all listed here): Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States of America. All prices indicated on the Website do not reflect any shipping fee. Please note that we do not ship to some international countries.

All ordered products on the L&S LEATHER Website will be delivered to the final destination at DAP (e.g. Delivered at Place) basis, you will be responsible for the import duties, taxes and/or other Customs charges.

Processing

We hand make our leather accessories and handbag accessories, as ordered by our customers, and generally ship in 1-3 business days from the full payment date. Custom orders and personalised items may take longer. Please contact us for the processing time of bulk orders and urgent orders before placing your orders. 

Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number to confirm your order is on its way. 

Domestic shipping generally takes about 2 to 6 business days while Express shipping with Australia Post takes about 1 to 2 business days after orders are dispatched. International shipments generally take 1-3 weeks to receive, or 2-10 business days if postage is upgraded to Express after orders are dispatched. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the timeline of shipping service provided by any third-party courier, shipping times can vary depending on the final destination place, public holidays, and third-party couriers as well as force major event or unforeseeable circumstances.

Returned Parcels

In instances where parcels are returned due to reasons such as being unclaimed or having an incorrect address, which are determined to be the responsibility of the customer, we will process a refund for the order. Please be aware that the refund will be issued after deducting the postage cost incurred by us, in addition to a handling fee of AU$3.
