We have a 14-day return policy. Please contact us and dispatch the item/s back within 14 days from the delivery date. The 14-day period within which you are eligible to make a return under this policy commences on the date of delivery. We gladly accept cancellations within 6 hours of purchases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, including any polyfoam wrap, hardware protective film, accessories, free gift/s and the mailing box. You’ll also need the packing slip or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom orders
- Embossed items/Personalized Leather Goods
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In the event that items are deemed non-refundable, should you wish to have the items returned to you, the cost of standard postage fee along with an additional AU$3 handling fee will be applied to cover processing costs.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- Returned merchandise must be received in original condition.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please note that the cost of the initial shipping is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the postage paid will be deducted from your refund. If you received free shipping for your purchases, the postage of AU$6.8 will be deducted from your refund.
- For international orders: returns must be marked "returned merchandise" on customs forms; any returned packages that arrive with customs fees will be refused.
In instances where parcels are returned due to reasons such as being unclaimed or having an incorrect address, which are determined to be the responsibility of the customer, we will process a refund for the order. Please be aware that the refund will be issued after deducting the postage cost incurred by us, in addition to a handling fee of AU$3.
